XPRIMER Mobile

XPRIMER Mobile gives you access to the Employee Self Service endpoint. The employee can check current related documents status from any place or time, or can issue a new proposal for holiday leave, time in lieu or overtime. The application facilitates communication between the employee and the HR Department. It allows quick access of employees to their data related to employment in the organization.
XPRIMER Mobile has the following functionalities:
• HR Notifications and announcements
Thanks to the announcements from the HR Department the employee will learn about current events in the company, and personalized messages will inform him, among other things, about the approved vacation application or the end of the medical examination period.
• Access to employee data
In employee profile you will find basic information about employment, including the date of employment, roles, address or available leave. You will learn about ending dates of medical examinations, health or safety trainings.
• Vacation planning
Employee will be able to prepare vacation plan for a given year and send it for approval. The application will verify the current dimension of available vacation days.
• Applying for leave
Employee enter holiday application and send it to his supervisors for approval. In addition, here he can check the amount of vacation days for a given year and learn how much vacation days are available.
• Time-in-lieu
Employee can check his overtime balance. You will enter a new proposal for overtime and send for approval by supervisor.
• Certificates
Employee can submit a request to the HR Department to prepare a certificate of employment or a certificate of earnings.
The application is only available to employees working in organizations licensed for the full version of XPRIMER. To use the mobile version, you must provide the XPRIMER server URL address and have a user account defined in the full XPRIMER version. The application is available in all countries without any regional restrictions.

• Access to the application requires a username and password
• Automatic logout in case of inactivity detection
• Encrypted HTTPS connection with the XPRIMER application server
• Security policy regarding the complexity of passwords
• Blocking users after unsuccessful login attempts
• Limitation to selected functionalities by defining groups of rights
